http://shine.yahoo.com/at-home/deal-nuisance-neighbors-151900996.html

There are many kind of annoying joneses. In this article, eight kind of No-fail strategies for handling were introduced.
For example, Inconsiderate Behavior The Careless Dog Owner. The consult neighbor has a dog. the dog prowl freely and dig up in your lawn, howl at the moon, and sift through your trash. And answer is skip the blame game. " your neighbor will probably feel embarrassed and defensive, so be honest, let her know this is uncomfortable for you to bring up, too." "focus on the animal's behavior- not the owner's.
I think its a good answer. because if we think like them, we wouldn't think its annoying. Actually I had a experience, at that time, my family and I were almost became crazy. the neighbor's dog were always barking. From early morning, to late night. It was so annoying for us, and we thought we should tell to neighbor about that. however we told them, they didn't change anything, and we hated them. when i read this article, i thought we should have think like this answer. Next time, i will try it!

  1. Living on the Big Island for approximately 5 years, I didn't have to worry too much about the neighbors as there is plenty space between houses there. Living in Honolulu is pretty much like living in Japan, you can hear your neighbors sneeze! This information was particularly useful as I live next to a house where they own two big dogs. I get irritated when they poop in their yard right by our entrance and kick up the soil all over in an attempt to cover up the poop!
